​High Holidays 5786 - 2025

​We would like to welcome you and your family to our High Holiday Services for the upcoming  Jewish New Year of 5786! 
At Chabad Jewish Centre all are welcome, regardless of affiliation or background. 

All services will be held at 431 Huronia Rd. Unit 3, Barrie. (just South of Big Bay Point Rd.)

The schedule is as follows:

ROSH HASHANAH

Monday, September 22
7 PM - Evening Services followed by Kiddush.

Tuesday, September 23
10:00 AM - Morning Services.
12:30 PM (approx.) - Shofar Sounding.
​3:30 PM (approx.) - Tashlich & Shofar Sounding (follow path to the creek just west of 461 Big Bay Point Rd).
6:45 PM - Evening Services &  
​Community Holiday Dinner. RSVP here

Wednesday, September 24
10:00 AM - Morning Services 
12:30 PM (approx.) - Shofar Sounding.

​If the above Shofar sounding times don't work for you, please contact us and we'll do our best to accommodate. ​

YOM KIPPUR

Wednesday, October 1
6:45 PM - Kol Nidrey. 

Thursday, October 2
9:00 AM - Morning Services. 
12:30 PM (approx.) - Yizkor Memorial Service. 
4:45 PM - Mincha, Neilah & Shofar Sounding.
7:40 PM - Fast Ends. A break-fast meal will be served.

​          Please note:

• No membership fees or tickets required to attend services. Please consider making a donation to the Shul. Donations can also be made in memory of a loved one or in honour of a special person. 
• ​Refreshments will be served following services.
• At Chabad all are welcome regardless of affiliation and background.
• ​​If you do not live nearby, ​please contact us to arrange accommodations for the duration of the holiday ​as it is forbidden to drive on Shabbat and holidays.
